Initiate the Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Gear
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
